The Aspect development is a late 2000's construction project, so a fairly new set of buildings. It's situated in a very fortunate position, next to Cairntows Park and Duddingston Loch. Holyrood Park is a 5-minute walk away and a large number of local shops are in walking distance. Public transport to the city centre takes about 15-20 minutes via bus. Parking spaces are maintained for residents in all blocks. There are a number of bike sheds available for cyclists. The National Heritage site of Craigmillar Castle and the castle gardens can be viewed from most south-facing flats, meanwhile north-facing flats can enjoy the views of Arthur's Seat and the city.
