Your Local Residents Community

For both Peffer Bank 32-25 and Drybrough Crescent 1-5, we maintain a residents association. This allows the owners and residents of the over 200 properties in the Aspect development, to communicate and meet easily, discuss relevant matters and decide on the best way forward for the community. We maintain a wealth of information about the development and can point you in the right way in most day-to-day issues, and we also have direct contacts to authorities and service providers, so we can help you get in touch or assist in escalations.

ABOUT THE ASPECT RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION

Founded in 2019, the association is made out of mostly local proprietors in the Aspect development. We also allow and encourage residents to join, as there is a number of rented properties. We work together on local interests, such as communal projects, picking suppliers for development and community events.

We accommodate in-person and remote meetings, as many owners in the development are not available for direct meetings. Should you wish to meet like-minded residents, please don't hesitate to let us know over email or Discord and we'll be happy to organise.
